Leantech has QA/QC personnels available, when the cooperation agreement reached, we will select suitable QA/QC personnel who has the knowledge of related products and is familiar with all kinds of QA tools, to control and monitor the quality activity through the fabrication progress. we can identify any findings or observations, analyse them and provide the report to customer. we will also give remedy suggestion to customer/supplier for consideration, and will follow up the NCR until it is closed successfully. QA tools are partially listed as below which were used commonly.

ITP:  Inspection and test plan. By controling the process through MITP created at the beginning, we can expect a better results by utilizing this inspection plan at the very beginning before the projects starts.

NCR: Non-conforming report. our inspector will inspect, witness (if required) the fabrication process and identify non-conforming parts.

RCA: Root cause analysis and correction action placed to make sure the problem was solved permanently.

FMEA: Failure model & Effect Analysis

8D: Analyze the quality issue through 8D methodology and capture root cause and make prevention to avoid happening again.
